Can shaker

Since 1996 we produce can shaker systems for Pamasol Willi Mäder in Pfäffikon CH. Pamasol is manufacturer of aerosol and spraying systems.

These were drafted and developed according to customer requirements in our house.



Operational area:

After filling pressure bottles, the fully automatic can shakers are used to intensify the mixing of the material and the propellant after filling pressure bottles.
In the system shown PU-foam containers are shaken after filling.

Operational principle:

The filled bottles are brought into the clamping bar, secured by means of compressed air and taken off the conveyor.
Eccentric drive sets the complete clamping bar into shaking motion.

Up to 80 bottles per minute can be shaken in this way.
