Micro-Rotary Filter "MDF 7040"

With the new Micro-Rotary Filter of the type MDF 7040, the long-established Micro-Rotary filters of the type MDF 1265 and MDF 1500 were supplemented to type.

The MDF 7040 functions with similar process engineering as the larger types. The MDF 7040 is set up for input quantities up to max. 10 m ³ /h.

Mainly to be used instead of paper band filters and their associated problems, where a space-saving, economical answer with better filter quality and less manufacturing resources is necessary.

- Solid discharge over spiral conveyor
- Level-steered drum revolutions
- Auxiliary filter layer of the material makes a finer filtration possible than the nominal mesh size of the filter tissue
