ABZ secures Herding Filtration as New Partner

In January ABZ and Herding Filtertechnik signed a contract for cooperation in the field of fluid filtration. The cooperation covers the use of the Delta Force filtration technology particularly in municipal and industrial wastewater technology.

Herding GmbH - an innovative company based in Amberg – with over 30 years of experience in producing filter elements has revolutionized filter and fluid technology. Focus is on its state of the art sintered lamella filter which has set worldwide standards.

Removal of particles in the µ level
The Delta Force Filtration Technology (DFF) is an innovative process that uses a vacuum mechanism to draw dirty process fluid aid-free in the µ level, for example water-based lubricants and emulsions, as well as grinding and cutting oils from precision machining of metals, glasses and other materials. This includes, for example, the filtration of wash water from dry machining.

Special Features
The DFF method was successfully used in various applications in production scale at home and abroad. Top features of the DFF technique are reliability, excellent screening of fine particles, combined with long term reclaimable surface filter elements.
The DFF method is patented. The patent is pending for the Micro Coat coating for the special DFF filter element surface. There is a worldwide patent for the porous base body.
