March 13th 2008 the Austrian manufacturing industry was briefed at the MAP "Clear Vision" symposium in Gmunden on the latest developments in parts cleaning, wastewater management and environmental protection. Seven international experts showed interested engineers the way to a more efficient and environmentally friendly future.
Competition, cost demands and environmental restrictions make the cleansing of industrially manufactured parts between production stages a critical parameter for the entire production process. The targeted and economical use of cleaning agents, respectively the reprocessing of wastewater leads to the recovery of recyclable materials and resource conservation.
For the third time the Austrian vendor-independent manufacturer, parts cleansing specialist MAP Pamminger from Gmunden brought international experts to Austria. In seven lectures they were informed on the latest developments in all areas of cleansing technology -- "A Clear Vision". Focus this year was on economic and environmental use of cleansing agents. The comparison of different procedures was especially interesting for the approximately 50 participants from all over Austria.

DI Laimer, responsible for R & D process technology in our house, gave a lecture on "Solid / liquid Separation in MDF Technology," the physical principles of filtration and picked up on issues and benefits of continuous particle removal and the resulting increased service life.
The lively discussions raised between participants were taken up by the speakers, particularly beneficial to visitors of the event.
In conclusion, the CEO Franz Zierler thanked MAP Pamminger for their cooperation in the past 12 years, with a sweet delicacy from Bad Ischl. The delivery of the 1000th Three-Phase-Separator for the Aichelin Company could be celebrated, and he stressed the high quality processing of all orders, which always include direct client feedback.
To continuously develop and to optimize our products for market requirement is a concept, which is lived and implemented every day. An example is the magnet separators that can be retrofitted to all DPS.
