ABZ-Kompakta-Mini ®

The patented ABZ Kompakta Mini® was developed by us to be used as a mechanical cleaning stage for small sewage treatment systems with an influx capacity of max. 15 l/sec. It separates and drains screenings from wastewater streams and is distributed by the PWL Anlagentechnik company.

 

Operation:

Dirty wastewater enters through the intake container into the rotating sieve. On the inside of the sieve the solids are held back and sent, drained and consolidated by means of the inside conveyor to the press zone. The solids are cast off through a variable discharge pipe into the container. The release can be optionally equipped with a hygiene encapsulation. With the same construction method the ABZ Kompakte® Mini can be sent both in the free influx and over a pump line.
An emergency overflow is built in for operational disturbances.


 

Construction and materials:

The entire construction consists of stainless steel 1, 4301 (V2A), is welded under inert gas, stained and passivated. Special steel conveyor screw, gear motor with two coats of enamel.
