ABZ-Combination Systems ®
The ABZ-Combination System was developed and patented in our house. It serves as a complete mechanical cleaning stage for local wastewater with a flow rate up to 120 l/sec and is distributed by the PWL Anlagentechnik Company.
The ABZ Combination System is developed in modular construction system and unites the following process steps in one piece of equipment:
- Raking as solid separator
- Sand separators with or without ventilation
- Sand scrubbers
- Grease trap
- Grease collectors with grease pumps
- Screenings washing
The ABZ Combination System can be built both above- and underground.
Operation:
The wastewater flows through the raking system into a receiving container and then arrives in the sand trap according to ATV guidelines. Here the set off sand /organic mixture is classified.
With the sand catcher spiral the settled material flows and arrives at the end of the sand trap to
the sand discharge spiral.
Optionally a sand scrubber can be built in here.
Further the sand trap can be equipped with a grease catcher including automatic circular grease scraper, - pump and a sand trap with aeration system.
The system can be fed depending on variable applications in the free run off (underground) or by means of pumping line (above ground).
Construction and materials:
The entire construction consists of stainless steel 1,4301 (V2A), is welded under inert gas, stained and passivated. The spiral conveyor is constructed of special steel. The drive has the commercial standard of two coats of enamel.
